HOW TO ORDER
* First count the number of steps that you have in your existing staircase.
* Send us 1 plank per each step of your own vinyl flooring, plus one extra plank to calibrate our machine.
(The shipping freight of your material is at your own expense)
* We only work with vinyl floors made of: SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) & WPC (Wood Plastic Composite)
LVT/LVP is just a generic term for all vinyl plank style products. (The description of each vinyl floor is in the box)
* We normally manufacture a regular order of 17 Stair-noses in 48 hours.
(Maximum plank size: 48" x 9" x 1/4")
INSTALLATION TIPS
* To install the Stair-nose, remember to insert them into the existing strair-tread, as shown in the image below.
* Use a bench or miter saw to make the side cuts.
* Insert the vinyl flooring plank cut to size in the click system and press down.
* Use any good strength construction adhesive.
* Protect yourself with glasses and gloves.
